COVID-19 Update

LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan is temporarily closed until further notice, as mandated by Governor Gretchen Whitmer.

The health and safety of our guests and our staff is always our top priority and we will take all necessary precautions to ensure their continued welfare. At our resorts and attractions, we have implemented enhanced cleaning regimes, increased the availability of hand sanitization products and will adopt recommended practices and government recommended guidelines as appropriate, to maintain a safe environment. Our teams are alert to signs of coronavirus symptoms and understand the importance of good hygiene. Like many businesses, we continue to monitor the situation closely and are in regular contact with local authorities so we may respond quickly to any developments.

GENERAL

When will LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan reopen?

While we will continue to monitor this situation closely, LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan does not have a reopen date at this time. We are following the phased recommendations put in place by the governor.

TICKETS

Can I reschedule and visit at a later date?

If you have purchased tickets for the dates when we will be closed, you may use these tickets for any future date through December 31, 2020. When you decide to visit, simply present your unused ticket at any ticket counter. No advance reservations are required. Be sure to check our hours on our website before you visit.


How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please send your name, confirmation and the email address of the purchaser to Michigan@LEGOLANDDiscoveryCenter.com. Please understand that our team is working through an unprecedented number of reschedules and refunds will be issued as soon as possible.


How long will it take to get my refund?

Due to the incredibly high volume of traffic on our website, customers may experience delays in response time, and we recognize that this is frustrating. The most up-to-date information will be available on our website.


What if I bought my ticket from another seller/website?

If guests’ travel plans were arranged by a third-party, including travel agents, travel-booking websites, or other businesses independent of LEGOLAND Discovery Center, they will need to contact those suppliers directly to understand their policies and any applicable fees for changing or cancelling a reservation.


How does the closure of LEGOLAND Discovery Center impact Annual Passes?

Unfortunately, LEGOLAND Discovery Center has temporarily closed, but we will be extending your Annual Passes. We will follow up closer to our schedule re-open date with more details, but rest assured we will make sure you enjoy your entire year at LEGOLAND Discovery Center once we re-open.
